Following another successful breakthrough on his herbal treatment on HIV/ Aids, the Gambian leader President Yahya Jammeh who received the result with mix feelings thank God for showing him the best treatment on HIV/Aids so far.

The lab test result conducted by Professor Rajae El Aouad, the Director of the Morocan National Institute of Hygiene, have proof that ten out of the fourty HIV patients have no virus in their blood.

Speaking at the ground breaking ceremony, President Jammeh, who is the Chancellor of UTG, thanked the patients for entrusting their lives in his hands to cure them. ”It is the most difficult responsibility as it is more sensitive than to be a head of state... Today I thank God that ten out of the lot have no HIV infection. My treatment is to get rid of the HIV virus out of your body. This result is only a fifteen days treatment, I am sure if another test is conducted again; all of you will be improved health wise. I want to assure you that there is no course for panic. None of you will take me six months to cure. I want to warn you that my treatment does not stop a reinfection. During the one month of your treatment, it is prohibited to have sex, smoke, drink attaya and drink of alcohol. If any of you disobey the rules, you are going. I am not treating any of you for money or anything; I am doing it for humanity sake.”

The following patients have undetected virus in their system, meaning they are HIV virus free. In the first batch Fatou Fadera, Dado Jawo, Fatou Kaw and Ousman Sowe. In the second batch the following have undetected virus in their system, Kebba Saidykhan, Tida Jibba, Sulayman Sanyang ,Ya Faye Touray, Adama Sanneh and Maimuna Sanneh.
