Three Gambian nationals have been remanded on bail in the sum of D10, 000 each and would soon return to the Bundung Magistrates’ Court for the continuation of their trial.

The trio pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and causing willful damage to property.

The particulars of offence stated that Momodou Saidy, Ensa Sanyang and Ebrima Saidy on 14 October of last year jointly assaulted one Mbye Joof as well as willfully damaging his vehicle. The vehicle, with registration number BJL 0097C, was valued at D10, 000.

The case, presided over by magistrate Amina Ceesay, continues.
