Food and drinks tourism is one of the fattest growing areas in the tourism sub sector thanks to the mushrooming of first class dining spots in the country.
One of the latest additions to the galaxy of fine eateries in town is D-Nubian, located in Senegambia Hotel area.

D-Nubian with its special beat and charming atmosphere is owned by a Gambian hotshot entrepreneur, Madam Ariatou Jallow.
Spent more than 15 years in the United States of America, Ms Jallow has a treasury of knowledge in catering and is poised to add extra touch to the catering sector of The Gambia.

In an interview with The Point at her restaurant recently, Ms Jallow said that she was in the system for 15 years while studying in the US, adding that since she returned home in 1994 she has also been actively engaged in the hospitality industry. 

She went on to say that the objective of opening D-Nubian is to empower women through creating jobs opportunities for them as well as to contribute towards national development.
Ms Jallow is the proprietor of D- Bistro and H2 Cleansing services.
