Wisdom Nursery Organizes Graduation Ceremony

Wisdom Nursery School in Serekunda Bartez recently held their maiden graduation ceremony for 15 pupils.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Headmaster cum Proprietor of the school, Mr. Emmanuel Omorodion, said the objective of establishing Wisdom Nursery School is to complement and supplement government’s efforts in the provision of quality, relevant and affordable education to every Gambian child.

He resolved that his school would not show any sign of let-up in its determined effort to support girls’ education in their own way . Mr. Omorodion then thanked all those that graced the occasion with their presence.

The Chairman of the occasion, Mr. Morlai Camara, in his speech, asserted that Wisdom Nursery School is a centre for excellence and a fertile ground for nurturing children for future academic challenges.

He, therefore, enjoined parents and guardians to cease favourable advantage of the school by sending their children there.

Also speaking on the occasion, the Senior Education Officer of Region One, Mr. Amat Bah, underlined the importance of education to the socio-economic and psychological wellbeing of an individual.

He expressed delight for what he called the positive transformation that Wisdom have undergone and urged the school authorities to continue striving for excellence.
