Yundum Resident to be Tried

A resident of Yundum, Musa Sowe, will now be tried by the Brikama Magistrates’ Court for being found in possession of a stolen item. Musa was on Thursday of last week charged for being found with a bull, knowing or having reason to believe that the animal was illegally acquired. The bull’s said to have been acquired from the southern Senegalese province of Cassamance. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and will go on trial soon. Author: By Yai Dibba
