NPE United were declared champions of the Old Jeshwang Peace Tournament after beating Dragon United on Sunday. Yaya Barry’s lone goal 1-0 through a spot kick in the first half was enough to fetch the coveted title for NPE.

As champions, NPE received a giant trophy and a cash prize of D3,000 while Dragon consolidated themselves with D2,500 as runner up.

Ousman Ceesay, the Sponsor of the tournament commended the teams that participated in the successful hosting of the championship.
