Yvonne Archibald and friends from Scotland donated school items and other materials, including money to the Caledonia Nursery School in Brufut.

At a ceremony held at the school premises, Mr Lamin Jatta, Head teacher of the school hailed the Scottish charity for its initiative and assistance.

Speaking on behalf of the charity group, Mrs Dianne Copeland pledged that the charity group would continue to provide assistance to the school.

Clement Ebuwa, Moses, Pew and DJ Karim, who were also present at the occasion thanked the donor for the gesture, describing them as true friends of The Gambia.
