As part of their drive to groom the young football players in Ebo Town and surroundings, plans are underway to prepare a united team for the Gambia Football Association third division qualifiers.

According to Zone King, the main Man behind the move, they are preparing for the GFA third division with a selection of players drawn from the 13 teams that took part in the just concluded football tournament in Ebo town.

Mr. King added that they have also launched a sensitisation programme with stakeholders in the area and beyond to get their support for the team.

He added that Ebo town and surroundings have very good talented players but due to the lack of divisional team in the area, the talents could not be taped.

“During the just concluded tournament we discovered excellent players who can march with any players in both the GFA first and second division teams,” Mr. King revealed.

He believed that with the support of the local community, they could make a big different in the top league.
