Julakay Holdings Sued for Breach of Trust

Julakay National Holdings, a company specialising in general construction works agency and construction services as well as heavy construction equipment hire, has been summoned for breach of trust.

The plaintiff, Mr. Bart Kroesen, a Deutsch national who claims to be a business associate of the proprietor of Julakay Ltd, is claiming D200, 000.00 from the defendant for a concrete mixer he supposedly owned.

According to the particulars of the suit the plaintiff, Mr. Bart Kroesen, is seeking legal redress for breach of trust, as well as claiming interest at the prevailing commercial bank rate plus cost of D10, 000.00

When the case was called in court before Senior Magistrate A. Mbacke, the defendant was absent. The case was subsequently mentioned and adjourned to 24th October 2007, when the matter is expected to be heard.

The plaintiff was represented by Lawyer Badou S.M. Conteh.
