As it Gongs for Recovery of D55,067

The Gambia Women’s Finance Association, GAWFA, is currently seeking redress through the law courts for the recovery of D55,067.

GAWFA is apparently unhappy with one Fatou Dem and Kebba Joof for allegedly failing to off-set the D55,067 that GAWFA claimed to have disbursed to Fatou through Kebba.

The matter is now a subject of litigation as GAWFA is poised for a legal battle after taking the matter to the corridors of justice.

Meanwhile, the case was mentioned sometime last week but was adjourned till November 21, thanks to the absence of the defendants from court.
