50 complete Uncle Sam Training

50 new security guards of Uncle Security Services recently completed a training course at its Head Office, along Kairaba Avenue.

The training was centered on First Aid, physical exercise, report writing, observation skills and effective patrolling methods, amongst others.

Speaking at the ceremony, Martin Brady, Uncle Sam’s Public Relation Officer, noted that the main focus of his institution is to instill professional thinking within the group, and to provide the most effective security service in The Gambia.

For his part, the training instructor, Sulayman Faye, who previously trained the Gambia Police Force, said the training is essential as it equips them with the necessary tools to deliver to the optimum.

He added that the company has embarked on a re-structuring process and believes that with the introduction of a better management structure, training and development programme and better supervision, the company will be able to provide a superior professional security service to everyone within the country.

The occasion was attended by Mr. Jallow, the company’s General Manager, Ms Aisha Dia, Office Manager and Mr. E Okine, Accounts Manager.
