The Kombo North Youth Committee recently organised a five-day capacity building training on organisational skills for its members at Wellingara village.

The training aimed at strengthening the human resource base of the committee in order to ensure efficiency in its operation.

At least 13 participants attended the week-long training, which ended on May 20. The training involved strategic planning, report writing skills, among others.

Members of the committee used the platform to discuss issues affecting the district, as well as carved out way forward to a success congress.

The training ended with an evaluation of the training and recommendations. Participants were awarded meritorious certificates.
