Interior beat Kaira Silo 2-0 on Saturday to complete as Division Two leaders on 35 points.
They were seconded by the Western Region giants, Brikama United maintained the second position despite a 2-3 defeat to Ham Ham over the weekend.
The Brikama sides are levelled on points with Samger (33 points apiece), but a considerable goal advantage means Brikama United will join Interior to battle with other big guns in the First Division League come next season.
Meanwhile, Jambenjelly and Young Africans have confirmed their relegation after the duo finishing at the bottom on 11 and 15 points respectively.
