I am 20 and in love with an 18 year-old-girl. We have been in love for nearly 2 years, but we broke up after I saw her with a boy she was following. One day, I met them standing together for about 1hour chatting. I could not take it. I walked up to them and said ‘what are you doing here?’ She was looking at me like a standing fan.

I asked her if she was in love with the guy and she answered yes! I couldn’t bear it in my heart. I got angry and insulted her. After that I regretted it, and later apologised to her. She refused to accept my apology.

I sent my friends and sister to her, but she turned down their plea and started dating the man I met her standing with. She later dropped him and is now going out with another man. It is now five months since we broke.

Despite dating the two other men, she is still telling my friends that she loves me. She comes to my vicinity from time to time, but any time I tell her to forget about the past so that we can start from where we stopped, she will smile and refuse to talk to me. Yet she still reminds me of her love through our chats on phone. My problem is that I can’t say good bye to her. How can I get her back?

This is a simple thing that requires romantic logic. If you know that you still love her and you want her back why not pick up your phone tonight when you know that she is in her leisure time in her bedroom and call her? Tell her that you have something serious to discuss with her.

Let her understand how you still love and are ready to care for her. Let her know that you have been intoxicated and poisoned by her love. Be a confident man when you discuss this with her; there is no need of you to send anyone to her.

Tell her to take her time before she takes her final decision about the feelings she has for you. If she is protests ask her to tell you that "I hate you and I don’t love you anymore leave me alone." If she can tell you this from the bottom of her heart, let her go. But if she can’t, she still loves you.
