Real de Banjul maintains their lead in the league table after a hard fought 1-0 victory over the newcomers-Sea View, in Sunday encounter played at Serrekunda West Mini-stadium.
The seemingly narrow victory saw Real de Banjul gathered nine points from four games. Real de Banjul now tie with Wallidan on top of the table with the former enjoying a considerable goal advantage.
Earlier in the weekend, Steve Biko lost 2-1 to Gambia Ports Authority while Hawks added more to Bakau United’s frustration with a 2-1 victory.
The Week Five fixtures will resume tomorrow with Wallidan taking on Africell Sait Matty at Serrekunda West Mini-stadium while Real de Banjul will host Armed Forces on the same day at Banjul Mini-stadium.
The embattled Steve Biko side will also battle it out with Gamtel on Wednesday at Serrekunda East Mini-stadium.
