Two Arch Rivals Meet Today in GFA First Division Clash

With just a few hours left before two arch-rivals meet in the GFA first division league the stage is set for the clash of the titans.

Wallidan and Steve Biko FC of Bakau will do battle today in their opening games of this year’s season at the Seaview football field in Bakau.

The game, described by football pundits as one of the most interesting game’s in this year’s season, will be tough as both teams will go for the 3 points today.

Speaking to football fans regarding their views on today’s match they said” the game will not be an easy one at all as both teams are big and we expect good quality football”.

They said both teams have got players with high potential with Wallidan lining up some of their young talented players like Sainey Touray alias Ballack Modou Lamin Sillah Del and others. Steve Biko have the likes of Ousman Colley Habib Kunta.

“So with these good young talented players we expect to see good football. Let us forget about the past and concentrate in our game the players should be focus on their game”. What happened between the two teams concerning the saga involving Ebrima Sohna should not stop the players from playing the game. And lets us remember that fair play is part of the game”.
