Four lucky winners last Friday emerged as the winners of the Gambia National Lottery (GNL) Jackpot of more than D33,000.
The winners, namely Jewru Jarra of Bakoteh, Baboucarr Jammeh of Latrikunda, Alagie Ngum of Serrekunda and Momodou Jallow of Bakoteh all went home D17,000 richer last Friday.
This presentation by the management of The Gambia National Lottery Company is yet another demonstration of the company’s resolve to contribute immensely towards the socio-economic development of The Gambia.
Speaking at the presentation ceremony Dembo F. Bojang, Managing Director of GNL, re-echoed his company’s steadfast intention to create more employment opportunities for Gambians and thus contribute towards nation building.
Mr. Bojang however called on its customers and the general public to continue patronizing Gambia National Lottery particularly in the company’s Instant Scratch and win card. This, according to Mr. Bojang will enable its customers to win valuable prices including cash and a brand new car at the end of the promotion.
He also expressed his management’s apology for an error in last week’s Pari-sportif which, he said, led to the deferring of the play to this week.
The GNL boss further went on to commend all its customers for their continuous patronage of the company.
Speaking earlier on behalf of the lucky winners, Momodou Jallow said he intends to use his money for the completion of his house in Brikama Gidda.
He also commended The Gambia National Lottery for what he described as their generosity and steadfast intentions towards the sustainable development of the country.
