Dembo Sanneh FC of Brikama on Sunday emerged champions of the 2007 CCF Samasang program area sponsored Kombo Central District Football tournament.

In a well attended and competed final played at Brikama Mini Stadium, Dembo Sanneh FC defeated Penyem FC 1-0.

The match, characterized by display of skills and panache, attracted a multitude of spectators from Brikama and environs.

Dembo Sanneh FC lone goal was scored by Malang Sillah in the 55th minute of the encounter, sealing victory for Dembo Sanneh FC.

As the champions, Demba Sanneh FC bagged a giant trophy and a cash prize of D6000.00, whilst Penyem FC received D4000.00 as runners up.
