18-Month Jail Term for Van Driver if…

A commercial van driver could go to jail for 18 months if he defaults in paying a court fine of D3500 imposed on him by Bundung Magistrates’ Court. Yaya Leigh had admitted responsibility for causing a road accident by veering into a stationary car at the roadside in Tabokoto and at a time when he was without valid driving license. The case was chaired by magistrate B.O. Jobe and the Inspector General of Police represented by 1042 Kujabi. Source: The Point
