D20,000 Kanilai Farm’s case adjourned

The ongoing D20,000 criminal case involving Bala Nyassi, a former employee of Kanilai Family Farm, was yesterday adjourned by the Presiding Magistrate, Pa Harry Jammeh of the Kanifing Magistrates Court.

When the case was mentioned, a Police Prosecutor who was held briefly for Prosecutor Mballow, told the court his witness was absent, before apply for a short adjournment. Magistrate Jammeh then granted his application and adjourned the case accordingly.

Mr Nyassi was earlier on granted to a sum of D30,000, after he had pleaded not guilty.
