Momodou Gassama, a resident of London Corner, Serrekunda, accused of threatening to kill his father Modou Jabbie, earlier this year, denied committing any wrongdoing.

Mr Gassama, on Monday, in his testimony before Senior Magistrate, Abdoulie Mbacke of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, told the court that one day, while he was at his working place at “Sandika”, his father came with Police Officers who asked him to follow them.

According to him, when he asked what the problem was, the Police Officers told him that he was under arrest for threatening to kill his father.

“This is how the whole scenario unfolded,” he said.

He did not call any witness. The presiding Magistrate then adjourned the case for judgement.
